Our in-home support programme is delivered in partnership with Groundwork North East and Cumbria and Community Action Northumberland (CAN).
Our expert advisors visit households across the North East of England, providing free and tailored advice on improving energy efficiency and reducing energy costs.
Our impartiality means there’s no hard sell – just clear, honest advice that you can use to decide what’s right for your home.
Am I eligible for this support?
If you live in: Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside or Sunderland, you can get in-home energy advice from our partners at Groundwork.
If you live in Northumberland, you can get in-person energy advice from our partners at CAN.
